Hapoel "Bank Yahav" Jerusalem is pleased to announce the appointment of Yoval Zoosman as the team captain.
The team's coach, Yonatan Alon, explained the choice of Yuval: "Yuval embodies everything we want to see in Hapoel Jerusalem—taking responsibility, commitment to success, exceptional professionalism, and unique, diverse talent that will develop in many directions—all with modesty and integrity. Choosing Yuval as captain is my way of acknowledging what he is and showing everyone what we expect from them. I am confident that Yuval will prove that choosing him is the right decision."
The new captain said: "It is a great honor for me to serve as the captain of Hapoel Jerusalem. This is my second year here, and I feel like part of the family, with a deep connection to the city, the fans, and the community. I promise that we will all work hard to give our fans a team to be proud of. But above all, and more importantly, we are all waiting and praying for Hirsch's return to us healthy and safe, and for the return of all the hostages home soon."
