The season ticket sales have begun!

Fans, we are pleased and excited to announce the sale of season tickets for the 2024-2025 season. For your convenience, here are the main points of the ticket sales policy for the upcoming season.

As of today, sales are available for:

1. Renewing season ticket holders - A discounted price for fans who were season ticket holders in the past season (2023/24). These fans are entitled to renew their subscription at the lowest price. The renewal price is derived from the cost of the subscription in the past season and is individual for each subscriber.

2. Upgrading subscribers - Subscribers from the past season who wish to upgrade their seating in the arena can now do so at a significant discount compared to the regular price of the upgraded seat they wish to move to. The upgrade price is valid throughout the entire season ticket sales period.

3. New season ticket holders - A price for new subscribers who were not season ticket holders in the past season.

The subscription purchase process will occur in three phases:

1. First phase: Renewal of subscriptions and sale of new subscriptions based on available seats, with the renewal price active, and the seats of renewing subscribers reserved for a period of 4 weeks. You can go online to renew or get assistance from a representative.

2. Second phase: A period in which new subscription sales continue, seats of renewing subscribers are still reserved, but the special renewal price is no longer valid and updates to the full price. This phase lasts 3 weeks.

3. Third phase: Seats that were reserved but not renewed are released for general sale, and new subscription sales continue.

The fine print, in summary:

• A subscriber who wishes to purchase additional subscriptions may do so at the phased price: the renewal price in the first phase or full price from the second phase onward.
• Standing gate: A cheering section with continuous cheering throughout the game with drums and flags in the air - Hall 1 (F).
• gate 12: Partial standing. During peak games, it should be noted that this is a full standing section.
• Children's season ticket: Children (ages 3 to 18) can purchase independent subscriptions for sections D and F. In other sections of the arena, children's subscriptions can only be sold alongside an adult subscription. Children under 3 are allowed free entry to games managed by Hapoel Jerusalem. We recommend checking the availability of children's seats in other sections. For young children, it is recommended to bring earplugs/ear protectors.
• Hapoel Jerusalem reserves the right to launch subscription promotions at any time, and it will not be possible to join a promotion retroactively after purchase.
• Note: Physical plastic season tickets from previous seasons will not work this season.

What's included in the season ticket?

Due to the uncertainty regarding hosting European games, it has been decided that at this stage, the subscription will only include home games in the Israeli Premier League (Winner League). We are making great efforts to bring the games back to Israel, and if these efforts are successful, a formal announcement will be made (Winner League subscribers will receive a significant discount and reserved seats for these games). As in every season, the subscription will include all home games in the local league up to and including the quarter-final playoff stage. The semi-final stages and beyond are not included in the subscription.

What's not included in the season ticket?

• Winner Cup and preseason tournament games
• State Cup games
• Semi-final playoff games and beyond
• Away games

Whenever possible, we will provide Hapoel subscribers with benefits for these games, such as purchase priority, price benefits, different allocations, and reserved seats.

Registration for the season tickets and ticket system:

We are pleased to announce that we have significantly upgraded and launched a new subscription and ticket system. The upgraded system allows you and us to be much more efficient and quick during the purchase process. It is important to note that the new system requires identification of each ticket/subscription holder. To register in the new system, you need an up-to-date and unique email address for each fan. You will also need your existing customer number used in the previous system to preserve your purchase history.

Smart subscription

In the coming season, you can enter the arena quickly and efficiently with your smart subscription. Entry using the smart subscription will be possible through the Hapoel app, as well as through your digital wallets: Google Wallet and Apple Pay.

Youth department subscriptions:

Is your child training with one of Hapoel Jerusalem's youth teams? Great! Please contact the department, arrange payment for the youth department family subscriptions, and contact us via WhatsApp. We receive organized lists from the department and will help you get your subscriptions before the season starts. Again this year, it is possible to buy an accompanying subscription for a first-degree family member of the training child at a special discounted price. For details and purchase, please contact us.
