Thank You BCL, Hello EuroCup!
Hapoel "Bank Yahav" Jerusalem is happy to announce that in the 2024-2025 season, the team will return to play in the EuroCup, a competition that has been our home for 14 years since the early 2000s.
We would like to express our gratitude to the Basketball Champions League, where we played for the last 6 seasons. We were happy to compete in a competition that has grown year by year, and we are proud to have had the opportunity to reach the Final Four in 2023 and be the runner-up.
Matan Adelson, the team owner, said after signing the agreement: "A new era begins at Hapoel Jerusalem. We are happy and excited to return to the EuroCup, marking another important step toward the goal we have set for ourselves. We are preparing for a long and intense season, with more games and a thrilling format that will require us to be at our best during the decisive moments. We hope and aspire to host EuroCup games in Israel and will do everything to make that happen. For the fans, the team, and all of us as an organization - the best is yet to come”.
