How to find your customer number?
Fans and don't know your customer card number? Here's how to find it easily!

Firstly, what is the customer number? The customer number is a 5-digit number that you will use to access your personal area. When you want to renew your subscription or purchase individual tickets, the personal area will include your purchase history. As long as you have purchased a subscription or an individual ticket in the past, you have a customer number.?
Here are your options:
Option 1 - The Hapoel App:
If you have already downloaded the Hapoel app and previously logged into the smart subscription, the number will appear there now. After logging into the app, click on "Smart season ticket" at the top left, and your customer number will appear. Note that the customer number is the number that appears after the letters HJB, and it is only 5 digits long.
Option 2 - Accessing the old ticketing system:
Go to the old Hapoel ticketing website: (https://ticket.hapoel.co.il)
Click on "Login". At this stage, a window will appear asking you to enter a username and password. If you have previously saved your username and password, your username will now appear.
There is a possibility that your email address will appear in the "Customer Number" field. If the password is also saved, click on the red "Login" button, and enter your personal area. Your customer number will now appear next to your name, at the top left.

Option 3 - Contact the Call Center:
Contact our fan support center on WhatsApp and quickly and conveniently get your customer number there (write here "Choose option X").
Option 4 - Plastic Card:
If you have the plastic season ticket card from previous years, the number appears on it.
