Hapoel "Bank Yahav" Jerusalem suffered their 2nd loss of the Winner League season on Sunday night when the team lost 72-67 at Ironi Nahariya. With this win, Nahariya took over the 1st place in the league from Hapoel but the reds have a game in hand.

Without Yotam Halperin and Lior Eliyahu who sat out due to injuries, it was EJ Rowland who took over and lead Hapoel with 13 points. The veteran point guard said after the game:" You don't want to downplay any game because it doesn't feel bad to lose regardless but we have a big game on Wednesday at home and we need it".

Coach Franco said after the game that all the injuries and tight schedule is not an excuse to this result: "At the end of the day, we didn't show up with the right attitude and energies".

Watch Franco and Rowland speak:

Scored to Hapoel: Rowland 13, Smith 13, Fischer 12 (9 reb), Duncan 9, Timor 7, Gaffney 6, Janning 5, Menco 2.
