Hapoel "Bank Yahav" Jerusalem hosted Gilboa Galil in the 25th round of the Israeli League and despite Amar'e Stoudemire's double-double, Hapoel lost 86-80. Stoudemire who scored 20 points and grabbed 11 rebounds said afterwards: "We battled but tonight they played great down the strech and we couldn't create the defensive stops we needed". Curtis Jerrells added 19 points but suffered from a bad shooting night from deep (1-for-9). Jerrells also missed two three-pointers in the final minute who could have tied the game.
