Hapoel Migdal Jerusalem is not like any other Basketball club, it is considered as a unique club because of the fact that it has a special bond with the community. For many years the club has become one of the symbols of the city of Jerusalem, not only because of the achievements on the court but mostly because of their participation in the community. The club's activity comes to bring up a smile upon those who suffer from pain, difficulties and stress on a daily basis. 

Children Institutes, Autistics homes, children departments in hospitals, soup kitchens and schools get to have several visits, social activities and donations from Hapoel Migdal Jerusalem.

Through the continuous activity, the team's players encourage the children to take part in sports activities and they are also set an example for education and high values. In addition, the players have lectured the children against violence in many times. 

Hapoel Migdal Jerusalem sees in the contribution to the community as an integral part of its routine. It is an activity which is not depends on the team's results.
